On May 13, 2022, at approximately 9:57 pm, Deputies responded to a single motorcycle collision, Frank Girardi (45) of Lakeside, succumbed to injuries from the crash. Next of kin has been notified.
On the night of May 13, 2022, Deputies along with Timber Mesa Fire District responded to Sherwood Drive and Forest View Road in Lakeside for a single motorcycle crash. Upon arrival, members from Timber Mesa Fire District performed life-saving measures for Mr. Girardi but he was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Mr. Girardi was operating the motorcycle, and for unknown reasons lost control which sent him into a ditch were he came off the motorcycle and received fatal injuries. Our condolences to the family of Mr. Girardi.
